G3 Concepts Limited was founded in 2014 by three former test engineers of Honeywell Garrett Turbochargers with almost 60 years of combined test experience between them.

Using our extensive knowledge and experience we have developed the high precision calibration tools specially for the turbocharger re-manufacturer industry.

They are designed to accurately measure the flow through the VGT mechanisms and verify that they are set to the OEM factory setting, giving you the opportunity to adjust the critical minimum-flow stop to the correct setting before the turbocharger leaves your workshop.

Once set, you can be assured that your turbocharger will perform correctly when it is fitted to the vehicle, boosting your reputation for quality rebuilds.
