The G3 REA-Master Touch is a standalone turbocharger actuator tester and combined advanced programming tool for service personnel and turbocharger repairers.

The tool is operated via a simple to use 5” Full Colour PCAP touch screen interface, with a unique single touch ‘Auto-Detect’ feature to allow simple connection to almost any type of turbocharger actuator.
 

Also integrated in to the tool is an advanced reprogramming system for the Garrett® Hella REA® actuators, which can be used to do the following:
 • Reset the end stop positions.
 • Set the minimum flow position.
 • Copy the actuator settings from one actuator to another.
 • Set the actuator to match a specific G-Number using the built in Database.

To copy the settings from one Hella Actuator to another only requires only

4 touches of the screen and can be completed in less than 20 seconds !

The tool can also be used with some Siemens VDO® type actuators to reset

the end stop positions after either a new actuator is fitted or the

turbocharger has been refurbished.
